            I wanted to take a few minutes to express my appreciation for the service which Capital Remodeling Inc. provided.  Since I moved into my home, I have needed new windows.  The window seals had broken and moisture had seeped its way between the panes on the builder grade windows that had originally came with the home.  I had put off replacing these for two reasons.  First, I was new to the window-purchasing sector of homeownership and did not know where to start.  Second, I did not want to think about the cost.  I had seen ads in the paper for windows, but frankly, did not know what a “good deal” on a window was.  However this changed when I received a call from Capital Remodeling Inc.

            Capital Remodeling Inc called me one evening to let me know that a representative would be in my area within a few weeks and was hoping to provide me with a free estimate on replacement windows.  I had received calls from other companies requesting the same thing, but the Capital Remodeling Inc. representative who was making this call seemed extra knowledgeable and courteous.  I agreed to let Capital Remodeling, Inc. come out to my home on a Saturday morning and provide me with an estimate.  Going into the estimate, I was pretty sure that I was not going to purchase any windows.  I mainly wanted to know what their prices were so that I could compare Capital Remodeling Inc. with other companies.  Once again, my experience with Capital Remodeling Inc. made me change my mind.

            A Capital Remodeling Inc. representative came to my home and provided an estimate.  Along with the estimate, he provided in-depth information about the Capital Remodeling Inc window making process and the benefits I would receive from purchasing Capital Remodeling Inc. windows.  This Capital Remodeling Inc. employee had me convinced that these windows would be the best ones for my home.  They were able to provide me with a total cost within minutes.  I agreed to let Capital Remodeling, Inc. install their windows in my home, and within 3 days I had an estimated install date.

            The installation was quick and the windows that Capital Remodeling, Inc. installed look fantastic.  I can’t believe I waited as long as I did to get new windows now that I can actually see through them.  Capital Remodeling Inc windows have brightened my kitchen and bedroom by allowing the needed sunlight to filter through.  Future owners of this home will also benefit as Capital Remodeling Inc. offers a lifetime warranty.  The windows that Capital Remodeling Inc. installed have been a great addition to my home, and I look forward to the many years of clarity they will bring to the outside world.
